Re-Charge Your Body's Battery

Let me ask you a couple questions — how often do you recharge your phone?

If you don’t plug it in on a regular basis, what happens?

Does your phone work better when it is plugged in on a regular schedule?

YOUR BRAIN/BODY CONNECTION is very similar to your phone/battery connection.  If the power is not turned on, things don’t work properly.

I am often asked the question, “Dr. Braun, how often do you think I should come in?”

You may be able to answer that question yourself.  How often do you want your body to function at 100%?  How often do you have stress that wears you down? For myself, weekly is none too often.  At the very least, every other week.
